I'm Chrystal.
I am all over the place, my blog is too.
I have a hard time defining the concept of home. Probably because I travel so much and am more used to airports, road trips and buses, sleeping on floors, couches and stranger's beds to have an accurate concept. Born and raised in Alabama. China is my favorite place in the world. I've yet to visit Sweden. Currently of Minneapolis, Minnesota.Soon to be of Chicago, Illinois, maybe. The only absolute in my life is love, and that is found in God. If you are not acquainted with the Jesus I know, please ask me, or even better, let me show you.

Chiropractor for the first time today.
Apparently I have major structural abnormalities which are probably why I’ve suffered from fatigue, headaches, nausea and randomly passing out. Recent physical and emotional stress (hectic school schedule/ sitting at the dentist for 15+ hours with my jaw propped open and my neck bent back) added to these underlying issues had cause nerve and muscle trauma in my neck and back.
I leave Saturday night for a two and a half week long road trip/performances across the country. And then I leave for Honduras a week later.
The doctor suggests 10 plus more session to realign my spine. Which by the way, apparently is like nbd. “You should be glad it wasn’t a tumor.” Well, doc, I am.
Up until about 4:30 I couldn’t stand up without nearly blacking out. After a good pep talk and prayer session with my small group leader I had a mini b-day dinner with my host family and made it to our first performance.
I now want to sleep for forever.
God is so good.
I got a stuffed animal carrot from Ikea and a yellow and blue owl teapot and tea caddy for my birthday. Pictures later, trust me, it’s adorable.
