I made 1.) A really delicious dinner and B.) Homemade pecan pie for dessert. I spent like three hours cracking pecans for it an errrythang.
Oh yeah, dinner was fresh garden yellow squash steamed with mushrooms and bay leaves, then mixed with sharp cheese and garlic salt and topped with caramelized onions alongside a jambalaya with brown and wild rice cooked in all sorts of yummy seasonings and with spicy tofu and tomatoes and peppers.
This long, tiring, stressful day= D:
